A quick and easy treat

Dessert tonight was simple but delicious. I melted about 1 1/2 ounces of Trader Joe's 70% dark chocolate and created shells in candy molds. Once they were set I popped the chocolate out and dropped in a large raspberry. I thoroughly mixed 1 ounce of cream cheese with a teaspoon of agave syrup and poured it over the raspberry. I topped that with another raspberry. I chilled it for about 1/2 hour and it made for a very nice treat. Any sweetener would work. I just used what I had on hand. I love summer cooking. It is nice to keep things simple, light and fresh. Hopefully I will have fresh strawberries from the garden this week for more treats.
